2 WE Series Digital Display Hydraulic Universal Testing Machine

 

WE series digital display hydraulic universal testing machine is mainly used for tensile, compression, bending, shearing and other tests of metal materials. By adding simple accessories and devices, it can also test wood, cement, concrete, rubber and its products.

 

Structure

The main engine adopts an oil cylinder under-mounted structure, the tensile space is located above the main engine, and the compression and bending test space is located between the lower beam under the main engine and the worktable. The test space is adjusted by the movement of the lower beam. The lifting and lowering of the lower beam is driven by a motor through a reducer, a chain transmission mechanism and a lead screw pair.

The force measuring mechanism adopts a pendulum force measuring device to manually control the test process and the loading speed. The dial indicates the size of the test force, the driven pointer can indicate the yield force and the maximum force, and the tracking plate gives three-level loading speed, which can plot the test force-displacement curve.
